About Us

Built by People Who Know
What's at Stake.

Custodium Vault was founded by two ex-military professionals who have spent their careers protecting people — in uniform, in practice, and in the community.

Between us, we have served our country — one as a commissioned officer, one as a soldier — practised law, advised businesses, and we both sit on the board of a local military not-for-profit. Those experiences share a common thread: people consistently fail to protect the things that matter most — not because they don't care, but because life moves fast and the right tools aren't accessible.

We saw it in the military — service members deployed overseas with nothing in place for their families back home. We saw it in legal practice — estates tied up in court because critical documents were missing or inaccessible. We saw it in business — executives with sophisticated financial plans and no way for their families to act on them. We see it every day in our community charity work — families in crisis, compounding grief with avoidable administrative chaos.

Custodium Vault is our answer to that problem. A secure, simple, and genuinely useful platform that gives every family the kind of preparedness once reserved for the privileged few.

The founders

Two Disciplines. One Mission.

A lawyer and a business advisor — both shaped by military service, both committed to their community.

Co-Founder — Legal Counsel

  • Admitted attorney with estate planning expertise
  • Former commissioned officer, served on active duty
  • Board member, local military not-for-profit
"I spent years helping families navigate the aftermath of poor planning — the legal disputes, the frozen accounts, the documents no one could find. Custodium Vault exists so that conversation never has to happen."

Co-Founder — Business & Financial Advisor

  • Accountant and business strategist
  • Former soldier, served on active duty
  • Board member, local military not-for-profit
"In the military you learn to plan for every contingency. In business, I see families do the opposite — leave everything to chance. We built this to close that gap."
What we stand for

Values Forged in Service

The principles that shaped us in uniform still shape every decision we make in business.

Duty first

Military service taught us that protecting others is not optional — it is a responsibility. We carry that ethos into everything we build.

Integrity in every detail

As a lawyer and an accountant, our entire careers rest on trust. We hold Custodium Vault to the same standard — no shortcuts, no compromises.

Community over commerce

We both sit on the board of a local military not-for-profit because we believe service doesn't end when you take off the uniform. A portion of every membership contributes to causes that support those who served.

Built for real families

Not tech enthusiasts. Not early adopters. Everyday families who deserve the same level of preparedness as those with access to private wealth managers.

Our commitment

We built this for the families who never think it could happen to them.

Because that's exactly who it happens to. We know, because we've seen it — as officers, as professionals, and as members of our community.
